Shandong steel support the operation of the Jilai high-speed railway
On Dec 30, 2022, Jilai high-speed Railway, China's first city-wide high-speed railway, was officially put into operation (see picture). Since the construction of the project started, more than 50,000 tons of high-strength rebar products of Shansteel have won the bid for 3 key projects of Jilai high-speed railway project, including steel used in roadbed, bridge, frame bridge and culvert, tunnel project, station complex building and other projects. It is reported that the Jilai high-speed railway line is 117.49 km long, with a designed speed of 350 km/h. There are six stations in Jinan East, Licheng, Zhangqiu South, Xueye, Laiwu North and Gangcheng.
